    Vardox PBC is oriented business that was formed from the passion to bridge the gap between suppliers/manufactures and product end-users. We seek to close the gap by providing easy access to products, continuous product knowledge and affordable prices in a fast, secure and most convenient way. We sell tried and tested branded products which are sustainable and warranty backed.

  2. I am scared of scams when buying on the internet. What assurances can you give me?

  3. What payment methods do you have?
    You can make payment through PayFast gateway system (Mastercards, VISA and Bitcoin etc) or using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) using your order number as the reference. In some exceptional cases we accept COD.

  4. Are your products authentic?
    All branded products on our website are 100% authentic exactly like you would buy them from the manufacturer.

  5. Is my credit card details safe?
    Yes, PayFast do this for us. Your credit card details go through a secure terminal and are never stored. Read more about PayFast: https://www.payfast.co.za.

  6. How long will my order take?
    After a proof of payment has been received, we more often dispatch the order on the following business day. 

  7. Why can’t I collect my order?
    Vardox PBC is a 100% online store, we offer only delivery via courier.

  8. What if I receive the goods damaged?
    Vardox PBC takes the responsibility to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. If anything is damaged, please contact us and we will follow the process as set out in our returns policy to replace the product and return the faulty or damaged item.   9. Can I return/cancel my order?
    If you would like to return your purchase due to the fact that you have changed your mind and no longer want the item, you have 7 days to return it to us at your expense. Please see our returns policy for more details.

  10. What if I received the wrong item?
    You should please notify Vardox PBC immediately and we will send our courier (at no additional cost) to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one to you.

  11. How can I receive updates on specials and new arrivals?
    At the bottom of our home page, there is an option to subscribe for our newsletter.
